J-Rolfe Street/Tollhouse Way Junction
Problems
The Rolfe Street / Tollhouse Way junction currently suffers from heavy congestion particularly in eastbound direction
during the morning peak hours. The queues are quite frequently observed to extend back to the Fenton Street junction,
which therefore has a subsequent impact on the operation of adjacent junctions.
Proposals
- Upgrade of the existing signal equipment with the optimisation of signal timings.
Possible benefits
- Improved traffic flow to minimise delays for all road users.
