G - Birmingham Road/Rood End Road Junction,

H - Oldbury Road/Spon Lane South Junction and

I - Oldbury Road/Fenton Street Junction

Problems

The above named junctions are all 4-arm roundabouts, which have been observed as being congested during the morning and evening peaks. The congestion results in delays at these junctions when compared to the free flowing off peak conditions. As part of the next phase of investigative works the delays at these junctions shall be further examined, and with a view to improving the efficiency of the junctions.
